CARF accreditation reflects our commitment to best practices, measurable outcomes, and continuous improvement across behavioral health, employment, and community-bases services.

• State of Iowa Licensure (DIAL)

Life Skills Training Cener is licensed through the Iowa Department of Inspections, Appeals, and Licensing (DIAL). As an approved provider of adult day services, we meet all state requirements for safety, quality, and compliance.
